Hi, I’m Emily Lauria—a dedicated REALTOR® with By The C Realty & Property Management, proudly serving Cape Cod and surrounding areas. Originally from Brazil, I was inspired to join real estate by my mentor and broker, Andrea Desouza. For me, it’s all about people, trust, and legacy.
With sales experience since age 16 and a background in both Brazil and the U.S., I bring a people-first approach to every transaction. I’ve called Cape Cod home since 2020, and I’m passionate about helping others find their place here too.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, I believe in honest communication and lifelong learning.
